The 90 day challenge is a workout plan that lasts 90 days. Tony Horton and OUAB challenge you to do a P90X workout that lasts for 90 days, and then do your last workout with Tony on March 28, 2015. To learn more about P90X check it out here and here.
When does it start?
December 28, 2014. This will allow you to complete your 90 days so that you can celebrate your last day of the program with Tony when he comes to Ohio State. If you have to start later, that is ok too, but your 90 days will go past the day when Tony comes.
Who can participate?
Any Ohio State Columbus campus students. We encourage you to find a group of friends to take the challenge together. We will have a Facebook group with motivation and a way to track your workouts to see how you stack up on the leaderboard. In order to workout with Tony on March 28, you must have a valid BuckID to get a ticket.
Do I have to do all 90 days?
Yes! Stay on track! We will make sure you stay motivated and it always helps working out with friends. What better way to get in shape than with hundreds of Buckeyes.
How do I keep track of my workouts?
We will have a daily tracker where you will input your workouts and at the end of the week we will show you your stats and how you’re improving.
Which P90X can I do?
Any of them! There are 4 to choose from (P90, P90X, P90X2, P90X3).

Do I get to see Tony Horton when he comes to OSU on March 28?
Yes! You’ll need to pick up a ticket to the event when they are available in March. You’ll just need your BuckID because the event is FREE!
