Why You Should See This Week’s FFF

…Oh hey fellow OSU students

Do you think Forrest Gump and Back to the Future are two of the best films of all time?

Do you think Joseph Gordon Levitt is extremely talented and incredibly dapper?

Well, you, as a student of OSU, can get the best of both FOR FREE.

How, you ask?

Well, Forrest Gump & Back to the Future director Robert Zemeckis and Joseph Gordon Levitt teamed up for an action/drama film based on the true story of the French high-wire artist Philippe Petit’s quest to walk between the Twin Towers, titled “The Walk”.

Cinematographer Dariusz Wolski (Pirates of the Caribbean, The Martian) captures each second of film in a way that makes you feel as if you are actually up on a high-wire with Joseph.

Composter Alan Silvestri (The Avengers, Forrest Gump) delivers a film score that draws you into the moment and completely immerses you into the world of the film.

Oh, and it also co-stars Academy Award Winner Ben Kingsley (Gandhi, Iron Man 3). Now who doesn’t like him???

Due to this incredible amount of awesomeness, OUAB is showing “The Walk” as our next Flicks For Free on Wednesday, January 27th at 6:00 and 8:30 pm in the US Bank Conference Theater at the Ohio Union.

All you needs is your BuckID to get you and a friend in. Oh, and there’s free popcorn. Now who wouldn’t want that?

Be there or be a wolverine!
